Reserved items: Item is reserved to a customer for a period of 3 days
(Feel free to mail us if you're interest so that we can put you in our waiting list. In the event of any deals that fall through, we will release it to the next on waiting list).
Restockable items: Item can still be replenished from our supplier. You may mail us for a restock order. We will require a FULL payment (inclusive of postage) for any orders to be restocked, in prevention of back outs.
Payment methods
We accept bank transfer through Maybank and Cimb Bank BCA and PERMATA BANK ( For Indonesian customer)
We will provide out bank details when confirmation is made for an order.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that:
All items sold are NOT refundable.
Vivid Couture will not held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods.
Items not paid for within 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
Back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. We would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.
Shippng & Delivery Charge
Shipping fee to Peninsular Malaysia:
Shipping fee charges is RM6.00 (1-2 clothes).
Combined shipping allowed. Additional charges of RM1.00 for each additional item.
Shipping fee to East Malaysia:
Shipping fee charges is RM12.00 (1-2 clothes).
Combined shipping allowed. Additional charges of RM2.00 for each additional item.
Shipping fee to Singapore:
Shipping fee charges is SGD20.00.
Combined shipping allowed. Additional charges of SGD2.50 for each additional item.
Shipping fee to Other countries out side of Malaysia and Singapore:
Additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside Singapore and Malaysia. A second notification email for the additional shipping fee required will send to you once you submit order.
Delivery to Malaysia and Singapore:
The pre-order item will be arrived in 2-3 weeks upon payment made. The delivery time to other country may vary.
